The Customer Parts Recovery (CPR) program gives you credit for unused parts — regardless of make — so you can apply it toward purchasing the parts you really need. Here’s how it works:
- Return your parts to one of two processing centers in the U.S. and Canada. Parts are valued at your carrying costs. In most cases, that’s the original purchase price.
- We’ll credit you 25% of your returned inventory and the remaining 75% over the life of the program (up to five years).
- Apply your credits towards purchasing parts you really need.
